With 21 years of experience in legal practice, Oyinkan is a seasoned lawyer and a law practice manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. As a practice manager, Oyinkan has successfully overseen the operational, financial, and strategic management of various law firms, ensuring efficiency and business growth.
In addition to legal practice, she is a certified mediator accredited by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Germany, bringing a wealth of expertise in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management.
She currently works as a senior Associate and the Practice Manager of Akinwunmi& BusariLP.
Passionate about legal business development, operational excellence, Oyinkan is a dedicated member of the Association of Law Firm Administrators where she sits on the comitee for Learning and Development.
