Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and proffer legal opinions on diverse commercial matters.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and legal risks.
- Manage case files and coordinate with other legal professionals.
- Represent the firm at Seminars, Workshops and at various intellectual and social events
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years post-call commercial litigation experience.
- Excellence in written and spoken English.
- Proper demeanour and good social skills
- Strong advocacy and legal drafting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian court procedures and legal practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Microsoft packages)
- Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is mandatory.

- Reception & Client Management
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring proper call screening and message-taking.
- Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal terminology is an added advantage.
