Our firm proudly played a key role in the groundbreaking of the MEFA Abuja initiative, a landmark project set to transform Nigeria’s cultural landscape.
The ceremony for the first of six 4,500-capacity performance arenas was held at NCAC Arts and Crafts Village in Abuja. This project marks the start of a domestic touring ecosystem for live entertainment, sports, and cultural events nationwide.
As legal advisers to the National Council for Arts and Culture, we provided vital support in structuring the legal framework for this transformative venture. Our involvement facilitated collaboration between the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy, NCAC, and MEFA—a brand dedicated to infrastructure-driven creative growth.
Beyond legal support, we celebrate the potential of Nigeria’s creative economy. The MEFA Abuja venue will host world-class performances and serve as a catalyst for job creation, youth empowerment, and international cultural exchange.
We commend all stakeholders whose dedication made this vision a reality and remain committed to supporting projects that foster innovation and national development.
