Oyinkan is a seasoned lawyer and a law practice manager with 21years of experience in legal practice. As a Practice Manager, she has successfully overseen the operational, financial and strategic management of various law firms, ensuring efficiency and business growth.
In addition to legal practice, she is a certified mediator accredited by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Germany, bringing a wealth of expertise in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management.
Passionate about legal business development, operational excellence, she is a dedicated member of the Association of Law Firm Administrators of Nigeria (ALAN) where she sits on the committee for Learning and Development. She brings her knowledge to bear in the Power and Energy team where she is an invaluable team member.
