The Firm engages in both international and local consultancy for financial institutions and corporate bodies. We provide specialised and personalised legal advice as well as company secretarial services to our various clients. Our client base includes several of the major financial institutions, corporate bodies and executive investors.

The Firm has over the years built up considerable experience and knowledge in projects involving both private and public sector participation. The Firm acts as local attorney to several international corporations and financial institutions that are in the process of implementing the privatization programmes of the Federal and State governments in Nigeria.
