TESLIM OLATUNDE BUSARI

Negotiation, mediation and arbitration on all commercial matters carried out by the Unit are done under the leadership of Tunde Busari.  He is a founding partner of the firm and has over 17 (seventeen) years experience as a Legal Practitioner, Arbitrator, Mediator and Insolvency Consultant; his specialization is in commercial transactions with an emphasis on mediation and arbitration.

Tunde Busari who is 1 (one) of only 8 (eight) Nigerian Chartered Arbitrators, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K, a member of the London Court of International Arbitration, Pan African Council and the General Secretary of the Executive Council of the Nigerian Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K.  He is an associate of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), a member of Insol International; International Federation of Insolvency Practitioners and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (U.K.). His publications include, “A case for Insolvency Law and Practice in Nigeria.”
